How to request account deletion

1. Open the పరిణయం app or website and sign in.
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings, or email us directly.
3. Send an account deletion request to support@parinayam.co from your registered email/phone context, with subject: Delete my Parinayam account.
4. Include your registered phone number and full name so we can verify ownership.
5. We will confirm and delete your account within 7 days.

What data is deleted

• Account / login identity (phone-linked user record)
• Matrimony profile details and photos
• Interests, shortlists, chats, and in-app notifications
• Device push tokens linked to your account

Request deletion of some data (keep account)

If you want specific data removed but want to keep your account, email support@parinayam.co with subject: Delete specific Parinayam data. Tell us what to remove (for example: photos, chat history, or profile fields). We will process eligible requests within 7 days while keeping your account active.
